Located at 205 North Fifth Street in downtown Zanesville, Ohio, the facility is owned, operated, and managed by the Muskingum County Convention Facilities Authority (MCCFA).
The MCCFA (Muskingum County Convention Facilities Authority) owns, operates, and manages the Muskingum County Conference & Welcome Center and other developing properties. It is the intent of the MCCFA Board of Directors that the primary purpose of The Welcome Center is: to support and encourage economic growth of the community by attracting and serving tourists, for-profit organizations, not-for-profit organizations, and private groups. The primary vision of the MCCFA is to make Muskingum County the leading destination for conventions, meetings, sporting events, and other consumer related activities in Southeastern Ohio.

Plus, our Tourism Information Center is conveniently located immediately inside the main entrance of the property.
