She earned a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Administration with a Concentration on Human Services and Student Personnel from Ashland University, while conducting research and completing coursework at Wright State University and University of Dayton.

LeVeck went on to become National Field Assignment Manager for the Office Suites Plus Corp., a provider of high-tech executive suites, business solutions, and conference centers, before returning to her hometown of Zanesville, OH, where she now resides with her husband, Andrew and their Shih Tzu puppy, Twinkles.

The couple owns Telly Award winning LeVeck Entertainment and Productions (LEaP) through which they serve a myriad of entertainment and production needs – from creating radio spots and jingles to managing talent and producing/directing musical events and benefits. They have arranged and produced the world-wide webcast, regional television broadcast, and live stage production of Home for the Holidays, the Y-City Star (American Idol style) televised contests, the 60th anniversary World War II Stage Door Canteen, and the Listen to the Music concert series which benefits a different local charity monthly. They also serve as the Directors, Producers and Writers of the Zaney Follies – a major fundraiser for the local Hospice program. And they produce and perform with the vocal/dance ensemble, Solid Gold Singers & Dancers.

Vicki first became professionally involved in production as a television news anchor in Ashland, OH, and as a morning radio host for stations in Ashland and Mansfield, OH, as well as a columnist for a national talent magazine.

Succeeding her years as a competitor in the Miss Ohio Teen USA program and Miss Ohio/America Scholarship Program, Vicki served as Co-Director/Producer of the Miss East Central Ohio Scholarship Program and Executive Director of the Miss Heart of it All Scholarship Program - both Zanesville-based, official preliminaries to the Miss America Scholarship Organization. Vicki is currently the Executive Director of the Miss Southeastern Ohio & Miss SEO Teen Scholarship Programs (www.MissSEO.com), and the Ohio International Pageant System (www.OhioInternational.com), through which she operates the Mrs. Ohio, Miss Ohio, and Teen Ohio International pageants. She continues to serve as a consultant, emcee, entertainer, workshop facilitator, and judge for various events throughout the nation.

Vicki most enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing Scrabble, encouraging and providing higher education opportunities, and serving as a mentor for young women. She proudly serves on the Ashland University Alumni Board of Directors and Zanesville Noon Rotary, among a myriad of other community service committees and boards.
