In 2003 the Listen To The Music Concert Series was launched as a pilot program for the Muskingum County Convention Facilites Authority Board of Directors. Since that quaint beginning, the series has grown into the "place to be" on the last Thursday from January - October for nearly 300 fans, friends, and familes.

Looking for quality entertainment? No need to travel to Nashville, Branson, Cleveland! It’s right here in Zanesville, Ohio! And it begins with the Listen to the Music Concert Series. Listen to the Music features the Solid Gold Singers – Twila Quinn, Vicki LeVeck, Dianna Maple, Homer Maple, Marty Hoadley, and Andy LeVeck. In addition to the standard cast, the monthly concert series often features a guest entertainer. Captivating audiences in a smoke-free environment, the Listen to the Music concert series is launching its third season. Held at the Welcome Center, in a cabaret style setting, the event sells out each month and appeals to all ages. Net proceeds from the concert series benefit a different charity each month. When asked to describe the concert series, cast member Twila Quinn stated, “We just love doing this! Listen to the Music has been described as an entertainment extravaganza that keeps visitors and locals coming back time and time again, and it’s true! THE SOLID GOLD DANCERS

The Solid Gold Dancers - comprised of Melissa DesRosiers Berga (choreographer and dancer), David Dunn, and Mikaela Adams - have been a crowd pleaser at such local events as the Zaney Follies, the Miss Southeastern Ohio pageant, the Miss SEO Teen pageant, Let the Good Times Roll concert tour, and Solid Gold RibFest. A recent addition to the Solid Gold Singers and the Listen to the Music Concert Series, the Solid Gold Dancers each have an extensive dance background with training in numerous forms of dance.
